  • Did my customer just steal my stuff?

  • Why doesn’t my website integrate with Royal Mail to print my shipping stickers?

  • How much money are Paypal skimming from my margin exactly?

  • Why is it so hard to buy cardboard?

  • How can I use social media to heat up / cool down my sales

  • Can I outsource any of this? If so, which bit?

  • How does this fit in with my IRL shop?
